We refund your hosting fee to the payment method you used, within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

- Domain names and other third-party purchases, which we can't get back from the registrar or vendor

Do I have to explain why I'm leaving?
No. If you're willing to tell us what went wrong, we'll read it and use it. But your refund doesn't depend on it.
